The weather is horrid on top with temperatures well below freezing and only fools would travel to the top. Only adrenaline junkie Malums travel to the top to show their top powers. It's a game to them to let their lives dwindle on the realms harsh and bipolar mood. Down below is an almost completely barren and dead forest killed by beetle kill which bores deep into the trunks and where the tree dies within two months. Many animals venture here but many stay long enough to be comfortable. Cougars, brown and black bear, wolves, deer, elk, and every varmint known lives here. There is plenty of water source for a large stream flows down low of the ridge and travels all the way through. This is the 'calmest' and most sane of all the malums territories but its not the territories you have to worried about, its the equine themselves you better not stumble upon...
